Shipping policy

Deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD courier service.
Please follow the relevant link to find out what measures Royal Mail or DPD are taking to ensure all deliveries are delivered in a safe manner (Royal Mail - Coronavirus Update or DPD - Parcel Delivery during Covid-19).
Orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days.
Flowers are picked fresh to order so in rare cases we may notify you if there are any problems.
Orders may be scheduled up to a week in advance. This is subject to availability and varieties may vary if scheduled in advance, you will be notified if this is the case. (Please use the order note area when placing your order).
Only mainland UK deliveries, unless you enquire to the below email address.

All payments will be captured by us, once you have completed your order on our online shop (this includes pre-ordered products). We do this as your payment authorisation expires after 7 days, if your payment is not taken immediately.
You will receive an email to say when your order has been fulfilled.
You may also receive an email from the delivery service with information regarding your delivery and full tracking.
