When will my order arrive?

We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days.

My order hasn't arrived, what can I do?

Please email us at hello@smithandmunson.com or call us on 01406 363234 and we will look into this for you.

How do I request a specific delivery date? 

Please add the date you would like your order to be delivered within the Special instructions box when placing your order. We cannot deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. Please bear in mind that the variety you choose when placing your order may not be available on the day we pack your order. However, we will always do our best to match the replacement as closely as possible. 

Do you offer next day delivery?

Our lilies are sent via DPD using their Next Day Delivery Service to Mainland UK. All of the other flowers we grow are sent via Royal Mail using their Tracked 24 Service to Mainland UK. However, please note that we cannot guarantee these will arrive the next day. 

You will need to place your order by 12 noon the day before for next day delivery.

Deliveries to the following postcodes cannot be sent via DPD's Next Day service and will be sent using their 'Two-Day' service: 

AB31-AB56, FK17-FK21, IV1-IV63, KA27-KA28, KW0-KW14, PA20-PA78, PH15-PH50. 

Which days do you deliver?

We package up your orders Monday-Thursday, meaning your flowers will arrive with you Tuesday-Friday. Except for those on a Two-Day service, your flowers will arrive Wednesday-Friday.

Can I track my order?

You may receive an email notification or text message from the courier with a tracking number allowing you to track you order.

I've entered the wrong delivery address. How can I change this? 

Please email us at hello@smithandmunson.com with the address you need to change it to and we will update the order for you. However, once your order has left our farm, we can no longer alter the address, so please double check your confirmation email as soon as it comes through to make sure everything is correct. 

I forgot to add a gift note/message to my order. How can I add one?

Please email us at hello@smithandmunson.com and include the gift note you would like to add to your order. However, once your order has left our farm we can no longer add a gift note. 

I can't see the variety of flowers I want to order. Why? 

All of the flowers we grow are seasonal so you will find different varieties throughout the year! 

Are there any areas that you do not deliver to?

As we would like our flowers to arrive in the best condition possible, we cannot deliver to the following postcodes: 

HS1-HS9, KW15-KW17 Northern Ireland & Orkney Shetland. 

How do I pause or cancel my subscription? 

If you have an account set up with us then you can login to manage your subscription. If you don't have an account or need some help with this then please email us at hello@smithandmunson.com

 

FLORIST & WHOLESALE FAQs

How do I create a Wholesale Account?

Head to our menu and navigate to the "Create a Wholesale Account" page and fill in your details. Please allow 48 hours for us to verify your business, then you will receive an activation email from us. Once you receive this email you can activate you wholesale account and shop with us. 

Can I request a specific day for my order to be delivered?

Please add the date you would like your order to be delivered within the 'Notes' box when placing your order. However, please note, the variety you choose when placing your order may not be available on the day we pack your order, but we will always do our best to match the replacement as closely as possible. 

What time do I need to order by for next day delivery?

Please place your order by 10am and we will deliver your order the following day via DPD's 'By Noon' service. Please note that we cannot offer the 'By Noon' service to all postcodes, see below.

Wholesale orders 'Next Day' service postcodes:

AB10-AB16, AB21-AB30, DD1-DD9, G83-G84, KY8-KY10, KY14-KY16, PH1-PH14.

Wholesale orders 'Two Day' service postcodes:

AB31-AB56, FK17-FK21, IV1-IV63, KA27-KA28, KW0-KW14, PA20-PA78, PH15-PH50. 

If you order on a Friday for Saturday delivery, or specifically request delivery for a Saturday, we cannot offer the 'By Noon' service. Instead, your flowers will be sent via DPD's 'Saturday' service and arrive anytime Saturday. Saturday delivery is not available to those on a 'Next-Day' or 'Two-Day' service.

Are there any areas that you do not deliver to?

As we want our flowers to arrive in the best condition possible, we cannot deliver to the following postcodes: 

HS1-HS9, KW15-KW17, Northern Ireland & Orkney Shetland. 

I need some flowers for an event. What day should I have them arrive?

Each flower is different, and how you would like them to look on the day of the event would determine which day would be best to have them arrive. Please send us an email at hello@smithandmunson.com or call us on 01406 363234 and we will advise you.
