We make sure our flowers leave our farm in excellent condition and try our hardest to ensure you receive the perfect bunch. However, if you are not happy with your delivery please let us know at info@smithandmunson.com

We will do our best to help you and we may ask for a photo to see what the problem is. Sometimes they may just be thirsty and need a good drink of water overnight!

We cannot offer refunds for deliveries that arrived but you were not in to collect.

We cannot refund for orders with incorrect delivery addresses after we have sent the order. Our system automatically generates delivery labels using the shipping address you provide, so please take great care when completing your purchase and check the order confirmation email.
